I've hit the numbers, and I've helped individuals and teams hit theirs. And I know exactly what it costs when your life and your work fall out of alignment, leaving you empty and in despair.
I've walked through depression, addiction, weight gain, and personal loss. I've been in recovery since January 8, 2001. Rebuilding my life from the ground up and from the inside out is what it took for me, and it's the foundation of how I coach.
